Fabric Structure Services
Taurus Fabric Build now works closely with Allshelter who provide fabric structure services for the installation and maintenance of fabric structures.
We can provide installation crews across Australia or we can supply a supervisor if your team already has the construction skills. We can install new structures or remove existing ones, evaluate for parts needed and reinstall them at a new location.
If you are installing your own structure make sure you ask us for a checklist so as you know at the end of the installation everything has been done correctly. If you have any issues, send a photo and we can advise.
Safety and maintenace audits are another arm of our fabric structure services. We ensure that the footings and the structure comply with the engineering and will give a detailed report as to any repairs that are recommended. Normally we find new structures are compliant but often shortcuts are taken when structures are shifted. In extreme weather this can cause failure, especially if the footings are not compliant.
We also check that the fabric is properly tensioned, the flaps secured, tensioning equipment in good condition, and there are no stress points on the fabric. Having the tensioning right is a simple process and will lead to a longer life of the fabric.
